# When will it be distributed?
The system will identify the only user based on the mobile phone number. If the user with the current mobile phone number already exists, the recharge will be credited immediately;
If the current mobile phone number has not been found in the system, the system will issue it when the mobile phone number is subsequently registered, or when the user binds the mobile phone number;
# Member level
The name of the membership level in Excel can be left blank.
If this is not empty, it must be filled in correctly. The system will adjust the user's membership level to this membership level while issuing benefits.
