# Preparation

After successful registration, log in to your Dada merchant client backend and add your real store information;
After the user places an order, the courier boy will pick up the goods and deliver them to the user through the store location address you added in the background, so please fill it in truthfully.
Recharge a certain balance in Dada's backend. Rider delivery requires fees. You can discuss with Dada whether it will be deducted from the balance or purchase their annual subscription package;
If the balance is insufficient, the order will fail!
**Please tell us your Dada merchant ID and company name, and we will help you bind and activate the merchant before you can use it normally!**
# enable module
Log in to your "apifm" backend, go to the left menu "Factory settings" --> "Module management", find and enable the "Dada Delivery" module, and then refresh the page with F5;
# Online configuration
Log in to your "apifm" background, go to the left menu "System Settings" --> "System Parameters", and add a text type system parameter setting:

Log in to your "apifm" backend, "Mall Management" --> "Dada Store City Configuration", and maintain and enter the stores you added in the Dada backend

# Automatic submission/manual submission?
By default, after the user places an order and pays, the order information will be submitted to Dada immediately. However, in some cases, product preparation takes some time, so I hope that I can submit it to Dada manually. In this way, you can more flexibly control when the rider comes to pick up the meal:

## The background shows that it has been shipped, but there is no order from Dada.
Log in to the "apifm" backend, go to the left menu "Mall Management", "Order List", "Order Details", scroll down and look at the express information, what errors are returned by Dada, and troubleshoot based on the error information.
## There is obviously a balance, but the message is that the balance is insufficient.
Dada merchants and Dada stores are two different concepts. A merchant's balance does not mean that a store has a balance. There are two situations:
1. If the store has enabled independent settlement, the store's balance will be deducted when placing an order. You need to log in to the store's mobile APP to recharge separately, and the merchant's balance cannot be used;
2. If the store does not enable independent settlement, you only need to recharge the merchant's balance, and all store delivery fees will be deducted from the merchant's balance;
## Dada Distribution does not configure the city to which the store number belongs.
1. "Add store" in the above steps is not configured.
2. In the order interface, in the request parameter, `dadaShopNo` is inconsistent with the store number of the added store above.
