If you want to send money directly to users through your WeChat merchant, you must activate the "Enterprise Payment" function;
**Activation method:**
1. Log in to the WeChat payment merchant backend [https://pay.weixin.qq.com](https://pay.weixin.qq.com/)
2. In the navigation menu "Product Center", find "Enterprise Payment to Change" and apply for activation.
**Necessary conditions for activation:**
WeChat Pay officially has strict regulations on opening the "Enterprise Payment to Change" function. Please make sure that your WeChat Pay also meets WeChat's requirements:
1. The merchant account (or other non-service provider merchant account of the same entity) has been settled for 90 days
2. The merchant account (or other non-service provider merchant account with the same entity) has 30 consecutive days of normal transactions.
