#Like/Dislike

+ isCheck true means it only detects whether the current user has operated, and does not actually submit it.
+ isUseful true means like, false means dislike

# Get likes/dislike records

+ page gets the page data. If this parameter is not passed, the default value is 1.
+ pageSize How many records are obtained per page? If this parameter is not passed, the default is 50
+ id article ID
+ newsUid article attribution user number
+ newsUserRead Whether the user who owns the article has read this like, true / false
+ newsUserReaded The article belongs to the user and is marked as read, true / false
+ showNews returns the corresponding article information, true / false
